One on One Holistic Wellness Coaching


I have 12 spots available for women who want to change their lives for the better by committing to creating a lasting healthy lifestyle.


Learn how to build and maintain an overall healthy lifestyle.


You will get 200 hours 4 hours a week of personalized holistic wellness coaching over a 6-15 month time frame.


Sessions will be available beginning March 3rd.


Available days are: Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays


Availability times are: EST 8-10am, 12-2pm, 4-6 & 8-10pm


You’ll get 96 2 hour coaching sessions over Zoom or FaceTime for a total of 192 hours. The remaining 8 hours can be used in 1 hour sessions weekly biweekly or Monthly for a total of 200 hours of individualized holistc wellness coaching.

6)spirituality,prayer,meditation,religious practices,work life balance


base line measurements if desired,weight loss, fat, muscle building, portions & calories. vitamins, minerals, macro & micro nutrients, fats, sugars, label reading

food as medicine, cooking and eating for health, spices, oils, essential oils, supplements

basic anatomy- systems of the body, skin and nervous system, mind body connection, bodywork, visualization, meditation , foods and supplements for health skin,healthy skin care practices and products, the nervous system and endocrine system

aerobic vs anaerobic, cardiovascular health, heart and lungs, breathe work

bones and muscles, muscle groups, tendons and ligaments, fast and slow twitch weights, strength and endurance, endorphins, foods and supplements
