I graduated from massage school in 2007. I worked as a massage therapist until 2016. During that time I received a certification as a holistic practitioner through the Global College of Natural Medicine. I took classes towards a bachelor of science with a focus in alternative medicine through Everglades University. I’ve taken a personal trainer certification course and a 200 hour yoga teacher course as well as holistic skin care courses. I have 18 years of experience working and living a holistic wellness lifestyle.

You are committing to positive change and to actively learning and leading a healthy lifestyle. You are committing to two 2 hour sessions per week for approximately 5-7 months depending on how many sessions you reschedule. You are committing to at least a 24 hour notice for rescheduling. You are committing to “homework” and weekly exercise. You are committing to wellness for yourself and your family.

It isn’t.

Although the initial cost does appear high the hourly rate is actually only 45.00 an hour which is well below industry standards for expert advice and individualized education.

I can’t do a payment plan yet but I hope to offer them in the near future. I will also eventually offer smaller packages.
